By accessing and using TikReels ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TikReels is a SaaS platform that provides:

• AI-powered script generation for TikTok content using OpenAI's GPT-4
• Pre-curated image collections and custom image upload capabilities
• Automated slideshow creation with text overlays
• TikTok account integration and publishing capabilities
• Content automation and scheduling features
• Analytics and performance tracking

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Starter: $4/month - 25 credits, 50 AI credits
• Growth: $49/month - 100 credits, 150 AI credits, 3 automations
• Scale: $95/month - 250 credits, 300 AI credits, 10 automations
• Unlimited: $195/month - Unlimited credits, 1000 AI credits, unlimited automations

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Credits reset monthly on your billing date
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next month

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid period

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Create or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Spam or harass other users or TikTok users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond our API
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Create content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines
• Use the Service to manipulate engagement metrics artificially

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any images you upload or use
• You represent that your content does not infringe on third-party rights

6.2 Our Service

• TikReels and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
• Our pre-curated image collections use images from Unsplash which are free to use under the Unsplash License
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Service

7. TikTok Integration

• You must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• We are not responsible for TikTok's actions, including account suspensions or content removals
• TikTok may change their API or policies, which could affect our Service
• You authorize us to publish content to TikTok on your behalf when you use the publish feature
• You can revoke TikTok access at any time by disconnecting your account

8. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by AI is provided "as-is" and may require human review
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You should ensure AI-generated content complies with platform policies and applicable laws
• AI-generated content may not be entirely original and should be customized

9. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• We may impose usage limits to ensure fair use for all customers

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be error-free
• We are not responsible for the performance or results of content posted to TikTok
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TikReels, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts for extended periods of inactivity
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination (payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers)

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:
